Marion, Ohio – Kids may be out of school today for a snow-day, but tomorrow is going to be a different story. As we look forward to the coming days, Thursday and Friday we will see a high’s of 41 degrees in the Marion area. This should melt a large majority of the snow that fell last night and this morning. The most we will probably see by this weekend is small piles that were formed when plowing took place this morning (Thank you Johnson Property Services). By Sunday though, most of the snow in piles should be down to puddles. What we want to look out for though is even though the snow will be melting, we will still be left with some water on the roadways. Use caution in the morning as temperatures will drop below freezing at night the rest of the week. This could freeze whatever water is remaining on the roadways.
